As a result of COVID-19, most states have allowed mail-in ballots to vote remotely. This way, you can avoid the polls and social distance.
It varies by state. Some states use one application for both. Other states have separate applications. For our site, if they are separate applications, we will post both. Otherwise, you can assume the current one is sufficient.
Yes, all states require you be a registered voter to apply for a mail-in ballot. To register, we recommend:
Some states only have online applications, like South Carolina. Other states automatically give all registered voters a mail-in ballot, like Utah. With that being said, our team is working hard to add as many forms as languages as possible. If you want us to prioritize a form, feel free to request one.
